I also design hybrid and custom workshops that blend Insights Discovery tools with complementary frameworks — including Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team — to strengthen trust, accountability, and overall team effectiveness. How it works

1. Align on Goals & Logistics
We’ll meet to clarify your team’s goals, choose the right format (virtual or in-person), and finalize workshop logistics.

2. Pre-Workshop Setup
Each participant completes a short online evaluator (about 20 minutes) to generate their personalized Insights Discovery profile.

3. Workshop Delivery
I facilitate an insight-driven session tailored to your objectives — designed to spark connection, self-awareness, and practical takeaways.

4. Tools You’ll Receive

  • Team Wheel & Composite Report (for group sessions)
