Insights Discovery® is a simple, accessible, and practical psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It uses a memorable four-colour model to help people understand themselves and others — improving how teams communicate, collaborate, and lead.

I also design hybrid and custom workshops that blend Insights Discovery tools with complementary frameworks — including Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team — to strengthen trust, accountability, and overall team effectiveness. These sessions can be tailored to support goals such as onboarding, conflict resolution, and creating high performing teams.

Why Work With Me?

As a certified executive coach and licensed Insights Discovery® practitioner, I bring 30 years of real-world leadership experience to every session — from leading global teams at lululemon to delivering operations across five Olympic and Paralympic Games.
